Dear conference participant,

The countdown has started, only four weeks until the 5th e-Governance Conference!

We can’t wait to host 400+ participants who have already confirmed their participation. 70+ countries will be represented and we are expecting ministerial-level delegations from 10 countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Aruba, Bangladesh, Brunei, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Rwanda, and São Tomé and Príncipe.

This year, the e-Governance Conference will explore initiatives and examples from more than 9 countries, among others Estonia, Canada, Finland, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Japan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Ukraine. 

European Commission, African Union, Smart Africa, and the Rockefeller foundation are ready to tell us more about cross-border cooperation in digital transformation.

The conference speaker line-up has expanded, more speakers have confirmed to take the stage at #EGOV2019 namely David Moinina Sengeh, CIO of Sierra Leone; Kimmo Rousku, Finnish Public Sector Digital Security Management Board (VAHTI); Arnaud de La Chapelle, VFS Global; Arne Ansper, Cybernetica, Estonia; Marko Turpeinen, EIT Digital Finland; Tak Nagumo, Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting, Japan.

All presentations and discussions will be translated into French and Russian.

Do you want to stay a day longer in Estonia? The annual smart city conference Data and AI as Game Changers for the Cities will take place on 23 May 2019 in Tartu, Estonia. This year's program will mostly focus on data and AI and how they are the game changers for cities both today and in the future. Check this website for programme and registration.
